seanprentice 13d ago I subscribed to the TikTok shop automation bot intended to facilitate influencer outreach for collaborations but unfortunately, the bot was non-functional for the majority of my subscription period, it would not work for 1-2 weeks at a time and support was not helpful at all. Additionally, I’m certain that this bot did something to my acct that was against tiktoks terms of service because tiktok shut down my shop a few days after using it. I never had this problem before and it only happened after using this bot. After this bot failed to work, I looked into other tiktok shop bots that are priced lower…A LOT of them are $200 less per month. I wish I did more research on these other bots before trying this one out. I initiated a dispute with my bank due to the bot failing to consistently work and I was also frustrated that it got my shop closed down. With that said, the dispute was denied because the terms and conditions state that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This was a crucial detail I was unaware of prior to subscribing. You should be aware that if the bot fails to operate effectively—which was my experience for most of the subscription period—they will NOT give you a refund. Signed up and paid 3 months ago
