I'm Tom Brickman, founder of Brick House Media™ and the Frugal Gay. In 2022, I retired from my 15-year-long job as a movie theater manager. Although I never made six figures or inherited any money, I have a net worth of more than $2 million today, primarily due to real estate investing. As of this writing, I own 24 doors between Toledo, OH, and Dallas, TX.
